Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Move, the service provided by Artsessions SLU (“we”) to keep track of your vehicles’ data, available at move.replai.net and in the iPhone app. By creating an account or using Move you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Move lets you record your vehicles, their mileage, maintenance, expenses, invoices and technical data, get maintenance reminders in the app, and browse and review centres in a public directory. We may improve, change or withdraw features; if a change affects you significantly, we will give you reasonable notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old and provide accurate information.
• Your account is personal. Keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can stop using Move whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by writing to help@replai.net.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Move for unlawful purposes or to impersonate anyone;
• upload content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, infringes third-party rights or contains malware;
• publish fake or paid reviews, or reviews of centres with which you have an undisclosed conflict of interest;
• try to access other users’ data, overload the service or scrape data automatically.

If you breach these terms we may remove the content concerned and suspend or close the account, letting you know unless the law prevents it.

4. Your content

What you upload remains yours. For Move to work you allow us to store it, process it and show it to you. For what you publish in the centres directory (reviews, ratings, photos), you grant us a free, non-exclusive permission to display it publicly in Move while it remains published. You can delete it at any time. Centres can reply to reviews and ask for them to be reviewed; we will remove unlawful content once we become aware of it.

5. Guidance only

Catalogue data (versions, power figures, tyre pressures, service intervals), mileage estimates, automatic photo reading and reminders are aids and may contain errors. Always check the data before saving it and, for your vehicle’s safety, follow the manufacturer’s manual, the vehicle’s tyre pressure label and the legal inspection deadlines. Move is not a substitute for a professional inspection.

6. Centres directory

Centre information comes from public sources, the centres themselves and users. We do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date, and we are not responsible for the services the centres provide. If you own a centre, you can claim it from its page to manage its information.

7. Model photos

Anyone can send photos of a vehicle for the public page of its model (generation timeline). When you send them:

• You confirm that the photos are yours (you took them) or that you hold all the necessary rights to them, and that they do not show identifiable people or readable number plates without permission.
• You grant Artsessions SLU, free of charge, on a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual basis, the right to reproduce, adapt (crop, compress or resize), publish and display them on the Move website and apps and on its profiles and communications, credited with your name.
• You give us your name and an email address, which is mandatory: your name may appear next to the photo, and we only use the email to let you know it has been published or to contact you about it; it is not shown.
• You are responsible for the photo not infringing third-party rights. If anyone complains about a photo you have sent, we will remove it.

We review every photo before publishing it and may decline, crop or remove it at any time. You can ask us to remove a photo of yours by writing to help@replai.net; we will take it down from the website within a reasonable time.

8. Price

If any Move feature is paid, we will clearly inform you of its price and conditions before you can purchase it. You will never be charged without your express acceptance.

9. Intellectual property

Move, its brand, design and software belong to Artsessions SLU. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them in accordance with these terms. More information in the legal notice.

10. Liability

We provide the service with due care, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage resulting from decisions based solely on Move’s guidance information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update them. We will publish the new version with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know before it applies. If you keep using Move afterwards, we will take it that you accept it; if not, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. For any question or complaint, write to help@replai.net or to Artsessions SLU, Carrer Llull 240, 08005 Barcelona.
