Legal notice

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of this website and of the Move app.

1. Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of the website move.replai.net (the “site”) and the Move app (the “app”), which let you keep track of the mileage, maintenance, expenses and other data of your vehicles, and browse a public directory of centres (garages, vehicle inspection stations and other services). Use of a Move account is also governed by the terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the privacy policy.

2. Access

Access to the public pages is free. Anyone browsing the site agrees to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice, and not to do anything that could damage the site, prevent it from working or harm other users or third parties.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The Move name and logo, the design of the site and the app, and their texts, images and code belong to Artsessions SLU or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except for personal and private use.

Vehicle manufacturers’ trademarks, logos and names shown in the catalogue belong to their owners and are displayed only to identify the vehicles; this does not imply any relationship or sponsorship.

Some of the data in the centres directory comes from open sources: map and vehicle inspection station data © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL licence, and public registers of garages. Content published by users and centres (reviews, photos, replies) is the responsibility of whoever publishes it.

4. Liability

We work to keep the information accurate and the service running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee this at all times. Technical data in the catalogue (tyre pressures, service intervals, power figures…) is for guidance only: if in doubt, the manufacturer’s or vehicle’s documentation prevails. We are not liable for damage caused by interruptions beyond our control, or for the content of third-party sites linked from here.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
